Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* Sale products

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Once you want to return a product if it doesn't work or is damaged inside the original package, please send us a return/exchange request to contact@mail.vitalityarousal.com including the following details:

  • Your order number
  • SKU number of the product which you need to return or exchange
  • Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect 

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also needs to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

 

RETURN SHIPPING:

Please use registered mails with online delivery tracking number for returns. If the returned order could not be tracked during transit, a safe reception could not be guaranteed by us. We hope for your understanding on this.

In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. 

  • Incorrect order:

    If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement. If you choose refund, we will refund the original product price.

    • Unwanted item:

      If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product for a return

      • personal situation

      Our hearing aids are made for moderate or mild hearing loss. If you have serious hearing loss, and find our devices are not suitable, then you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

       

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

      Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.

       

      REFUNDS:

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

      Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.



      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
      Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Exchanges (if applicable):
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@mail.vitalityarousal.com 

      Shipping:

      To return your product, you should mail contact@mail.vitalityarousal.com 

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      Refund Time Frame:

      You will get a refund within 7 business days after confirmation.

      All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

       

      Sale price discrepancy:

       You get price adjustment if the price drops within 7 days after your purchase.

      You can contact us to get the price different and you will get the refund in 7 days.
